Objective of study is education in basic subjects and practice that can be used for further specialization in humanity branches.
The programme contains also subjects focused on clinical psychology, psychological counselling, psychotherapy and communication.
In addition to theoretical disciplines there is as well a psychological practice and experience focused on self-knowledge and self-development as well as community experience and social and communication skills that enable students to penetrate into the profession through their own self-experience (as a first stage to training in psychotherapy).

Psychology - masters study
The study continues in developing knowledge and skills gained in the first degree study.
The Master’s Programme in Psychology focuses both on in-depth study of theory and on the acquisition of professional and research skills.
The objective of the programme is to equip students with advanced training in research methods and professional skills that prepare them both for a career involving psychological research as well as for the application of scientific knowledge and methods in various professional settings.

Social work with orientation to communication and applied psychotherapy - bachelors study
The College prepares social workers specialized in interpersonal communication for solving social problems.
The study includes psychotherapeutic training for the field of social work.
Curriculum contains, besides key subjects of social work and social politics, also wide-ranging education in psychology, sociology, philosophy, cultural anthropology and social communication. Students get theoretical and practical education in specific methods of interpersonal communication, in professional and efficient social practice and bases of social counselling, sociotherapy and crisis intervention. Knowledge and skills are developed in professional practice.
Besides social work focused on social problems and social pathology, students will learn skills for finding and developing social potentialities and unused abilities of individuals and human communities that have no social deficits.

Social work with orientation to communication and applied psychotherapy - masters study
Objective of study is education of social workers specialized in interpersonal communication in solving social problems.
The study continues in developing knowledge and skills gained in the first degree study. Students receive in addition to wider education in key disciplines (methods of social work, social policy and practice in social work) also further education in philosophy, psychology of personality, selected chapters of psychotherapy, advanced skills in social communication and education in cultural anthropology, economy and other special subjects.
The study provides an integral professional orientation in the field so that they are able to do a research.
In addition to this they are trained in crises intervention and management of posttraumatic syndrome and stress reaction.
Students who finished our first degree study have a possibility to complete their training in psychotherapy; students coming to masters study from other colleges are offered a possibility of training in psychotherapy already during their masters study in a program of lifelong learning.
Knowledge and skills gained during the study are applied in professional practice that is supervised directly in a field, in practice workshop (case studies, Balint groups).
